Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- US customers can get a refund for any reason. International customers can get a refund only if the product is defective.
- Items must be in their original unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
- Items worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted.
Return Process

- We will provide instructions.
- Returns must be as per the instructions.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For international returns, applicable duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed once items are received.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- In the US, if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
